District 4 continues pattern of one-term commissioners
No one has held Santa Rosa County’s District 4 commission seat for more than one term in the past 16 years, something no other district shares.
District 4 will see the fifth county commissioner sworn in this November, marking the most heavily changed seat in Santa Rosa County.
