Many people choose to spend their retirement in the sunshine along the clear waters of the Gulf of Mexico, but Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Crime Prevention Specialist Cindy Sarver has another idea. Just a few days after retiring from the sheriff’s office, Sarver and her husband Frank packed up and headed for Meridian, Idaho.

Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office Crime Prevention Specialist Cindy Sarver retired April 1 after spending 13 years with the office.
