Seven Navarre Raiders have landed a spot on the FloridaHSFootball.com 7A All-State team that was released Friday morning by the site’s publisher, Josh Wilson.

The group includes third-team picks Elijah Melendez, Devin Wright and Grady Kelly.

Atteberry coaches final game with Raiders

Teddi Atteberry coached her final girls lacrosse game Thursday.

She is moving to another state but has enjoyed coaching the Raiders over the last two years, leading Navarre to three wins this season after a winless inaugural campaign that was cut short by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Pensacola Blue Wahoos will take the field with fans in the stands during the 2021 Southern League season.

Major League Baseball approved the decision this week and various health and safety protocols will be in place.

Dezaldivar helping to lead Raiders through challenges of lacrosse season

Soccer had always been the main sport for Zoey Dezaldivar. When Navarre started up its girls lacrosse program last season, Dezaldivar made a switch.

There have been difficult moments for sure, growing pains that come with being new to the sport, such as Thursday’s 12-1 loss to Seacoast Collegiate at Ian Lockwood Field.

Harris-Toliver among winners at Patriot Invitational

Renee Harris-Toliver turned in a strong performance for Navarre’s track team at the Patriot Invitational last Thursday in Pace.

Harris-Toliver won the 200-meter dash with a time of 28.80 and she placed second in the 100, clocking in with a time of 14.07.
