The University of West Florida football didn’t need much time to name its next head football coach.

Kaleb Nobles is now in charge of one of the most successful programs in NCAA Division II.

Former Navarre Raider Grady Kelly made his first full season of college football count. The Colorado State defensive lineman was one of the Rams’ top tacklers this past season and earned freshman All-American honors from College Football News.

Dillan Smith looks like a basketball player. The fact that the Navarre senior stands nearly 7 feet tall helps him fit that description well.

What one might find surprising, though, is that when he was younger, Smith was a long way from being a hoops standout. He barely even played the game.
