New York Air Force recruiter took Sept. 11 attack personally

Tech Sergeant Joe Ocasio is now a local recruiter for the United States Air Force.

But 20 years ago, on the morning of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks, Ocasio was a student at New York Technical College getting ready to head into the city for class.
