Employers get reprieve on overtime pay law change
A Tuesday, Nov. 22 federal ruling by the U.S. District Court in the Eastern District of Texas, granted a preliminary injunction essentially putting the brakes on changes to overtime pay laws that would have gone into effect Dec. 1.
