In an unusual move, the state Supreme Court on Friday said utility regulators need to revise a decision that approved a controversial Duke Energy Florida solar-energy program, saying the regulators’ decision “leaves the court guessing as to the reasoning.”
The developer for a potential commercial shopping center – Navarre Town Center – says the project is moving right along. The Navarre Press first reported on the possible Navarre Town Center in March.
