Residents wary of drainage project near Snug Waters, Cove Roads in HBTS
A retention pond site is due for Holley by the Sea, along Tom King Bayou.
On the drawing board since 2018, the pond plan is drawing closer to becoming a reality. The official title of the project is Tom King Bayou drainage project.
Benjamin Norris, who lives along Basswood Drive near Snug Waters Road, recently met with Santa Rosa County to discuss his concerns over a proposed retention pond.
