Boy Scouts and transgender

Boy Scouts of America made a decision Jan. 30 to allow transgender youth to join, a decision fueled by a civil rights complaint a mother in New Jersey filed last year when her 8-year-old-child, who identified as a boy, was kicked out of his unit after parents and leaders discovered the child was transgender.
