Hurricane-damaged house riles beach neighbors

Just one lot short of Gulf Islands National Seashore there is a brick-and-concrete home at 7315 Gulf Boulevard.
Damaged by hurricanes more than 10 years ago, the red-brick home at 7315 Gulf Boulevard on Navarre Beach has broken windows, a rusting foundation, graffiti on the stilts and erosion of the driveway. While the county code compliance office is checking the structure every few weeks, Code Compliance Supervisor Randy Jones said no further action will be taken as long as the building remains secure and structurally stable
