Negotiations for teacher and staff contracts in Santa Rosa County that began in August have reached an impasse as the Santa Rosa Professional Educators and district representatives remain roughly $1.2 million apart on the level of pay raises.
Holley Navarre Middle School teacher Lori Zeigler addressed the Santa Rosa School Board Feb. 16 regarding negotiations of teacher contracts. Zeigler said this county has fallen short on incentives to bring in quality teachers.
