For the first time, Santa Rosa County Animal Services (SRCAS), Escambia County Animal Welfare (ECAW) and the Pensacola Humane Society (PHS) are joining forces for the Petco Love Florida Mega Adoption Event, June 28-30.

The three-day event will kick-off on Friday June 28 at each organization’s shelter location and offer waived adoption fees for residents. SRCAS, ECAW and PHS will consolidate the adoption event on Saturday, June 29, 9 a.m.- 1 p.m. at the Hajdi Temple on 800 W. Nine Mile Rd. in Pensacola, where residents will be able to interact with puppies and adult dogs, engage with shelter staff to learn more about their programs, and enjoy the event’s festivities.

“I am excited to form this partnership to showcase the amazing dogs we have for adoption,” said SRCAS Chief Randy Lambert. “Hopefully this event will be a huge step forward in emptying our community shelters.”
