Culpepper Construction’s superintendents Kaci Flaharty and Tom Stanley are heading this project up, which is expected to be completed by mid-April.
East Bay K-8 will be 2 stories tall, the first school of its kind in Navarre.
The new school is located on Elkhart Drive, one block west of Edgewood Drive in Holley by the Sea.
