The Humanities, Fine & Performing Arts Division at Northwest Florida State College annually holds a juried student art exhibition, and this year, the top honor went to Marcus Gibbs of Navarre. Gibbs earned “Best in Show” honors for his artwork “After the Day” for the annual Arnie Hart Juried Exhibition.
