Roche family has been saving lives in Santa Rosa for decades

Tom Roche was a larger-than-life man. He served as fire chief in Navarre and became the first director of Santa Rosa County Emergency Management. His son, John, inherited that same passion for saving lives and started Lifeguard Air Ambulance 24 years ago.
