Lawsuits filed concerning Midway 2021 water crisis fallout
Midway Water System and Brown Construction of Northwest Florida are being sued for their roles in a 2021 incident which allowed raw sewage to flow through a water main. The incident led to a mandatory boil water notice and later a no-water notice was issued.
