After a soft showing in recent years, new homes are suddenly hot properties in Navarre.
“We’re selling them as fast as we can build them,” said builder Samuel Stevens of Stevens & Associates, of newly built houses in the Navarre area.
New home sales in Navarre are on the rise, while homes in surrounding areas such as this home on Longhorn Trail in the Midway area are still sluggish, according to area real estate companies.
