Water System members say ‘no’ to Articles of Incorporation change, elect new board member
The Holley Navarre Water System (HNWS) came into the Jan. 16 meeting and election anxious to see if members would support a change to the system’s articles of incorporation. That answer was “no.”
Holley Navarre Water System held their annual meeting and election Tuesday, Jan. 16. In addition to voting on the board of directors, system members denied an amendment to the system’s articles of incorporation which would have lowered the threshold needed for voting on bylaw changes.
