HNWS board approves proxy votes for Articles of Incorporation ballot, preps for election

The forthcoming 2024 HNWS election is shaping up to be consequential for the utility’s ability to reform.

Aside from the main board of directors ballot at the 2024 HNWS election, there will be a separate ballot with a proposal to update Article IX and X of the Articles of Incorporation. This vote is aimed at resolving a discrepancy between the Articles of Incorporation and the by-laws.
