How noted photographer Jeff Waldorff found art in the environment of his youth

They say beauty is in the eye of beholder and Jeff Waldorff has quite the eye.
For the past 17 years, Waldorff, 62, has been capturing the natural scenery of northwest Florida with his photography.
I took a spring trip to the cypress swamps where I took my most recent fall photos. What stood out to me about this location was all of the lily pads that carpeted the cypress swamp… So what’s special about lily pads? Well, for starters, they make a incredible photographic foreground; and their blooms (water lilies) are huge and absolutely gorgeous!
