It was a wet day for those who attended this year’s Smokin’ in the Square BBQ cookoff at St. Sylvester’s. While the rain fell, it didn’t deter people from coming out to eat some grub.
Midway firefighter Will Moore and others with Midway Professional Firefighter’s Local #4192 competed in Smokin’ in the Square Saturday, Sept. 16. Their team won the People’s Choice 2nd place award.
