Happy Joe’s to open on Highway 87 in late summer, franchisee says
In late February, a new restaurant was announced for Navarre. Happy Joe’s Pizza & Ice Cream, celebrating its 50th year as a company, is being brought to Navarre by Jeff and Jennifer Harding, who both call the Emerald Coast home.
