The Board of County Commissioners of Santa Rosa County, Florida will receive sealed bids from properly licensed contractors for the Ramblewood Drive Drainage Improvements Project. The scope of work includes demolition, construction of stormdrain pipes, drainage inlets, stormwater pond, asphalt paving, water service utilities, and appurtenances as shown on the project plans and by the project manuals.
All bids must be original and delivered by hand, Fed Ex, or mail to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida, 32570; and must be received by 10:00 AM, November 5, 2013, at which time bids will be opened and read aloud. All interested parties are invited to attend. Bids are to be sealed and clearly labeled “Bid – Ramblewood Drive Drainage Project”. Bids received after this time will be rejected and returned to the bidder unopened. All interested parties are invited to attend.
A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 23, 2013 at 9:00 AM at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street, Milton, Florida 32570. All interested parties are invited to attend.
Project documents, including drawings and specifications relative thereto may be inspected at the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department, 6495 Caroline Street Suite G, Milton, Florida; and the Santa Rosa County Engineering Department, 6051 Old Bagdad Highway Suite 300, Milton, Florida.
