Back in mid-March when it felt like the world as we knew it was ending, all three of my adult children were ejected from their schools and sent home to their childhood bedrooms.
One of them, in an effort to fight the inevitable sadness, made herself take advantage of one of Yale University’s most popular classes – The Science of Happiness.
She wasn’t feeling it initially but forced herself through it until she eventually actually began to feel better. When she was especially inspired, she’d share what she learned with me.
