Tai Chi proves to be valuable form of exercise

Michael Loftis first came across Tai Chi in the early 1990s. Already a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do, he took a class and caught on quickly.

“I learned it from a woman who didn’t know anything about martial arts but I was recognizing the moves in a different way than how she was teaching it and picked up on it quick,” Loftis said.

It wasn’t long before he started teaching it to others.
