Gulf Power announces rate decrease

  Gulf Power customers will see a 2.7 percent decrease in their electricity bills beginning in January if approved by the Florida Public Service Commission. The residential bill for 1,000-kilowatt hours of electricity will drop by $3.71 to $135.58.
