Not all foreign mission work is about going to the poorest nations to feed the destitute. Not all mission trips require the missionaries to abandon modern conveniences like electricity and plumbing. Not all mission work is about meeting people’s basic needs.
But all missions are about spreading love.
That is what Navarre First Assembly of God pastor Jonathan Skipper said motivated a group from his church to go to European last week for three days of manual labor and spiritual reflection.
The mission group split into two: four women headed to Venice, Italy and seven men headed to Colfontaine, Belgium.
