Octavien Moyer loves playing baseball. So much, in fact, that he will do whatever it takes to make sure he’s on the field at Florida A&M.
He primarily plays second base and shortstop, but he’s also seen time in the outfield. He even pitched in an inning this season.
“I’m pretty comfortable playing anywhere as needed,” Moyer said. “I’d rather be on the field no matter what. It doesn’t matter what position I’m at.”
That ability to be versatile has served the Navarre grad well in his two seasons with the Rattlers.
And knowing he’d have a chance to showcase his talent at the school is a big reason why Moyer chose A&M to continue his baseball career.
