With the state track meet set for this Friday and Saturday at the IMG Academy in Bradenton, here is a look at where Navarre’s athletes stack up against the competition.
The boys 400 relay team has the fourth-best time in the field with a 41.89. The time by the relay squad of Lee Jones, Royce Thomas, Xavier Allen and Dante Wright was good enough to win a regional title last week and is a school record as well.
Sophomore Khiara Newton (pole vault) and freshman Abigail Pantlitz (100) are both in the top 12 in their respective events.
Ethan Fulk is only a freshman and will be the first out of Northwest Florida competing in the adaptive track state meet. He ranks first in all three of his events.
