Barry Larkin was in town last week to work with players from the Pensacola Blue Wahoos.
The Cincinnati Reds legend talked about a variety of topics. Among them possibly being the next manager of the team he spent his entire career with.
“I’m a Cincinnati Red,” Larkin said. “I’ve made this comment before. I’m going to do whatever the Reds feel is the right thing for me to do. I love player development, the relationships I have built with young players, and those players tell me when they get to Cincinnati they want me there with them. But that’s not my decision. I’m supportive of what the club wants.”
