Ailsa Clark is a medalist for the first time in her career at Florida Gulf Coast University.
The Navarre grad shot a 69 on the final day of the Spring Break Shootout and finished the three-round tournament in Dade City with a school-record 206.
Her effort helped the Eagles win the tournament with a school-record score of 857, 19 strokes better than the previous 54-hole low of 876.
Clark shot under 70 twice in the tourney, opening with a 67 on Monday.
“Ailsa played phenomenal golf this week,” Eagles head coach Sarah Trew said on the school’s web site. “She has been working so hard on her game, and it’s great to see it paying off to her. She was instrumental in our win.”
