Securing the insecure: School safety and portables

Holley Navarre Middle School broke the 1,000-student threshold last year as growth continues to rise. This year the school started its first day with an enrollment of 1,060.

While adding new students has meant new learning opportunities, it also means finding new places to put all those students, said Principal Joie DeStefano.
