Quentin Randolph remembers back to when the University of West Florida first announced it was going to have football.
Randolph was at Navarre at the time. He talked with his teammates about one day getting the opportunity to play college ball locally.
That dream came true. Though he didn’t get on the field right away and dealt with issues that nearly forced him to throw the in the towel on the sport, he stayed the course.
It paid off better than expected. Randolph played a pivotal role last season in helping the Argonauts rise to the top of the NCAA Division II mountain.
