Luke Losquadro hasn’t taken many days off leading up to the start of the high school swim season. He spent the summer training in the pool and is now back in the water with his Navarre Raider teammates as well.
“I’m glad to be back to two practices a day,” Losquadro said. “I love pushing myself as hard as I can. If you are going to do something, you want to try as hard as you can.”
Losquadro is a senior and a leader for a Raider swim team geared up for a season that will be a little shorter because of the COVID-19 pandemic.
