Santa Rosa County is a very diverse county – white sandy beaches on the south end and earthy farmland on the north end.
Among the farmlands are pumpkin patches and sunflower fields where people flock September through November to satisfy their fall thirst.
Two of the most popular ones in Santa Rosa County are Holland Farms and Sweet Season Farms, which have been flooded with people this season in search for the perfect jack-o-lantern.
“These type activities like pumpkin patches and corn mazes offer a wide variety of different type activities to get people outdoors,” said Julie White, Tourist Development Director of Santa Rosa County.
