    I sure hope One Hour paid a lot of money for this write up as it has no journalistic investigation. Stay away from One Hour. They worked on my system that was just a few years old over multiple visits across 18 months. They never filed the warranty claims and tried instead to get me to buy a new system though I had years left of parts and labor on the warranty. Finally, found an honest and capable company, Commander Air in Pensacola.
