Navarre may be getting another grocery store complex near the Santa Rosa, Okaloosa county line.
Along U.S. Highway 98, the more than 10-acre property includes a stretch of vacant land and the closed First National Bank of Florida. It borders Rosewood Avenue.
In a pre-application meeting with Santa Rosa County Development Services in February, representatives for the property sought information on building a 40,000-square-foot grocery store anchored shopping center.
