Navarre Wellness to offer free body shaping treatments Oct. 22

We could all use a little boost of confidence when we look in the mirror. Navarre Wellness is here to help you look and feel beautiful.

EMSCULPT NEO is the first and only non-invasive body shaping procedure that provides simultaneous fat elimination and muscle building in a combined 30-minute session.

No working out is necessary. Of course, exercising only amplifies your results, but it’s not a requirement.

When used on the abdomen, this quick and easy procedure strengthens your core, reduces fat and improves muscles tone all at once.

“It’s an incredible device,” Dr. Pamela Svendsen of Navarre Wellness said. “No down time, no pain, no fatique and no soreness afterwards”

The machine runs through a protocol where it does a tapping sensation and then you have a muscle contraction. The taps make the lactic acid dissipate and the lactic acid is what causes muscle soreness.

Treatments typically include four 30-minute sessions per area, each one week apart. And if you’d like, you can touch up every 6-12 months.

Does this all sound too good to be true? Well Dr. Svendsen of Navarre Wellness, who has been practicing aesthetic medicine for 20 years has used EMSCULT NEO on herself and can personally attest to the incredible results.

Navarre Wellness will be hosting the EMSCULPT NEO Bus Tour Oct. 22 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity to see the amazing results of this treatment and see how it works first-hand free of charge!

The EMSELLA chair will also be on the bus and available to try for free. This unique technology revolutionizes intimate health and wellness by providing those suffering from incontinence with a completely non-invasive and fully-clothed option.

EMSELLA utilizes electromagnetic energy to deliver thousands of supramaximal pelvic floor muscle contractions in a single session. These contractions re-educate the muscles of incontinent patients.

Navarre Wellness will have refreshments Oct.22, $10K in giveaways, discounts on treatments and all attendees will receive a gift. In addition, The Perfect Blend Coffee Company will have their food truck on site. This is a party you won’t want to miss.

How it works
EMSCULPT NEO is a device that uses radio frequency (RF) and high intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM+) simultaneously. That’s the secret. When paired together, these energies tone muscle and melt fat away.
According to Dr. Svendsen, the radiofrequency feels like a warm kind of heat and helps to dissolve fat and the HIFEM+ energy causes the muscles to contract.
“On the abdomen, it’s like doing 20,000 sits ups in 30 minutes,” Dr. Svendsen said.

What it does
“You take these paddles, and you can place them on various parts of the body, whether it’s the abdomen or the thighs, the buttocks, the upper arms, the calves and most recently they came out with some paddles that fit over the love handles,” Dr. Svendsen said. “The two energies work together. The radiofrequency helps to dissolve fat and the HIFEM+ energy is the way that it builds muscle.”
EMSCULPT NEO yields a 30% reduction in fat and a 25% growth in muscle volume on average, according to clinical studies.

Who can get the treatment
EMSCUPLT NEO can be used in a variety of ways and it has benefits for all sorts of people. The patient pool is broad as the machine can treat patients up to BMI 35.
It can be used for body builders who want to sculpt their bodies, and it can be used by older people to build the abdominal muscles. This support prevents falls and helps seniors get around in the world, bending down, standing up and stabilizing themselves.

Dr. Svendsen’s story
Dr. Svendsen has personally experienced the powerful results of EMSCULPT NEO. About four years ago, her appendix ruptured.
“It was kind of a mess and I had to have my abdomen opened up.
“After that, it was very difficult for me to do sit-ups and to rehab that muscle
“I put the paddles on my tummy and I now have abdominal strength like I haven’t had in years, so it’s really amazing,” she said. “I’m much steadier on my feet. I was having some difficulty with squatting down, standing up, standing on one leg. I was getting a little unsteady because my core strength had gone away. But that’s not an issue at all anymore.”
Dr. Svendsen has been a Board-Certified Family Physician since 1999. She founded Navarre Wellness in 2007 with the goal of providing aesthetic and wellness services to the Emerald Coast.
“It’s just so much fun to make people feel good about themselves. It’s very satisfying. Our patients feel confident and cared for,” she said.
