The word “team” perfectly describes the essence of retired Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Frank Dailey II’s being.
That team concept was ingrained in Dailey throughout his relentless military training and deployments from his first combat support mission in Panama in 1989, through Operation Desert Storm, Bosnia, Africa (Liberia/Sierra Leone/ Gabon Central Africa), Afghanistan and Iraq.
After 27.5 years in the military, he’s been referred to as the “gray beard,” also known as the old guy who chose to call Navarre home after being medically retired when a spinal injury precluded him from deploying.
