Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge has accepted an offer to sell the zoo it owns in Crestview to a man with television aspirations.
An unnamed buyer has agreed to pay the full asking price of $350,000 for the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge Zoological Park and its animals.
The sale of the zoo will bring the refuge one step closer to construction of its new rehabilitation center in Navarre along Highway 87 south, said refuge director Susan Leveille.
