Three beautiful siblings who are very bonded to each other are ready for their forever home.
Alex’s only request regarding an adoptive family is that he remain with his sisters. The girls think they would like a family that likes to travel since they love new experiences and new places. All are happy, generally well-behaved children although they are having some predictable problems adjusting to termination of parental rights.
Alex is initially a very reserved young man. However he becomes quite talkative as he becomes more comfortable in a situation. He is described by his caseworker as very selfless and caring. He is a great big brother, and he is very good with younger children. He does well in school and makes good grades. He loves video games and playing music.
Aroura and Element are outgoing, energetic and fun. Both girls have struggled in school in the past, but they are doing well now. Element has hearing loss, and she cannot hear unless spoken to directly. Aroura is giggly and very “girly.” She is also very headstrong and mature for her age. Element’s caseworker describes her as very innocent and naïve.
Alex was born in August 2002. Element was born in October 2005, and Aroura was born in October 2006.
There are more than 500 children in temporary foster homes in Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa and Walton counties. They have been abused, neglected or abandoned. While some may eventually return to their birth families, the rest will need adoptive families.
