South Santa Rosa opens first special needs day center

Arc of South Santa Rosa officially opened its doors to dozens of special needs adults seeking services in Navarre and Gulf Breeze with a ribbon cutting ceremony May 2.

The event last week came seven months after Arc Gateway announced the decision to open south Santa Rosa County’s first day center for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Arc Gateway Chief Executive Officer Missy Rogers said she is ecstatic.
