Navarre Press is partnering with the Studer Community Institute to provide free literacy tools for new parents in Santa Rosa County.
The project will grow the Brain Bags program to include Santa Rosa Medical Center.
SCI Director of Early Learning Shannon Nickinson said the program fulfills a need for families.
