Keeping the failed United Way of Santa Rosa County at arm’s length, the charity’s Pensacola-based chapter has expanded to serve the county where scandal killed its predecessor.
“This United Way will serve two counties, Santa Rosa and Escambia,” said Laura Gilliam, who is the paid president and CEO of the newly rebranded United Way of West Florida.
