Caring for the roughly 2,000 animals that come through the front doors of the Emerald Coast Wildlife Refuge each year is more than a full-time job, and the students who make it happen do so without pay.
Board member Carol “Stormy” Andersen said she is incredibly thankful for the refuge’s internship program.
