Dec. 5

Tree Lighting & Trees for Troops
Join NAS Whiting Field in the Atrium for Christmas carols with the Blue Anchor Belles, holiday beverages for purchase and squadron ornament hanging. The fun starts at 3 p.m., the ornament ceremony at 4:30 p.m. and the tree lighting at 5 p.m. To register for a tree from Trees for Troops, call the MWR Ticket and Travel office at 850-665-6250.

Light Up Milton
Enjoy the festive lights of Historic Downtown Milton along with caroling, carriage rides, Christmas market, the Pyrates Lighted Boat Parade and ending the night with fireworks at 8:30 p.m. For more information, visit www.sracf.org/light-up-milton.

Tree Lighting & Winter Wonderland

The 1 SOFSS is excited to invite all DoD ID holders and their guests to Tree Lighting & Winter Wonderland at the historical Memorial Air Park on Hurlburt Field AFB from 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Join them for an evening of family-friendly fun celebrating the holidays. Jingle Market

The Jingle Market will be at the downstairs parlor of the historic Imogene Theatre in Milton from 4-9 p.m. Stop by to find unique Christmas gift ideas from local artisans & craftsmen selling their original creations. Christmas in the Park & Parade
Join the Navarre Chamber for a full day of Christmas fun. Events include the Jingle Bell 5K Run/Walk, reindeer games for kids, Merry Market, festival of wreaths, tree lighting, Mrs. Claus’ bakery, pictures with Santa and the Navarre Annual Christmas Parade. Christmas Gala

Join the Pensacola Lighthouse for their annual Christmas gala from 3-7:30 p.m. There will be holiday fun for the whole family, Pensacola’s tallest Christmas light display, music and more. For additional details, visit  pensacolalighthouse.org.

Milton Christmas parade

The parade beings at 6 p.m. at the Milton Community Center on Byrum Street and ends on Elva & Stewart Streets. For more information, visit srcchamber.com.

Films on the Field

Family fun night begins at Shoreline Park, 800 Shoreline Dr. Gulf Breeze, at 5 p.m. with games, prizes, jingle bell cake walk, sleigh rides, slides, bounce houses, elves and a visit from Santa. “A Christmas Story” will start at 7 p.m. Visit facebook.com/gbparksnrec for more information.

Lighted Boat Parade

The Lighted Boat Parade will set sail at 6:30 p.m. from Sabine Marina making its way to the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk. Directly following the boat parade, Santa will be at the Quietwater Shell to greet children. Gulf Breeze Holiday Parade

Join the Gulf Breeze Area Chamber for a Totally Awesome 80’s Holiday Parade. The parade will start at 10 a.m. on Shoreline Drive and end at Fairpoint Drive. A Downtown Holiday

Holiday Craft and Vendor Fair

Come out and shop a variety of crafts and small local businesses from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Warrior Landing Community Center, 2950 Azalea Dr., on Eglin Air Force Base. Surfing Santa Beach Parade

Thousands of children, parents and other spectators make their way to Pensacola Beach at 2 p.m. to see Santa Claus make his way down Via De Luna Drive. Christmas on the Coast

Christmas on the Coast is a well-loved holiday tradition on the Gulf Coast, featuring some familiar Pensacola Children’s Chorus classics as well as exciting new material. Holiday Pops Concert

Pace Christmas Parade

This year’s parade will be at 10 a.m. Applications may be picked up at Firehouse#1 located at 4773 Pace Patriot Blvd. or downloaded online at pacefirerescuedistrict.com.

Cox Pensacola Christmas Parade

The Cox Pensacola Christmas Parade draws over 50,000 people to downtown Pensacola from 5:15-8:15 p.m. The parade has grown to over 110 entries, including more than 70 floats. It is televised live on WKRG-TV5 (CBS), pays tribute to the Navy’s Blue Angels and hosts six local high school bands. For more information, visit coxpensacolachristmasparade.org.

Ho-Ho Hustle 5K

Holiday on the harbor

Emerald Coast Christmas Miracle Children’s Fiesta

This is an everything is free, six-hour, Latin-flavored party focused on giving area children and their families an opportunity to have a great and enjoyable time together. From 1 to 2 p.m., families with kids with disabilities will be allowed and the general public comes in at 2 pm.
