Janet and Mark Pokroy used to ride their bikes around the Holley-Navarre Senior Center in the summer months when they were down here visiting the area.
Their first impression of it from the outside looking in was an interesting one.
“It looked closed. There was no one around. We had no idea what it was,” Mark said.
The couple moved here permanently in 2008 and soon learned there was much more to the senior center than met the eye.
