Navarre is home to only one thrift store. The Good Neighbor Thrift Store turns more than six figures in sales each year. Profits go straight to Navarre United Methodist Church ministries and primarily fund a program called We Care that offers assistance to low income individuals and families.
“Three hours ago I wrote out about six Gulf Power checks for different individuals that needed help with their power bill,” said NUMC business manager Mark Cook of the We Care program.
