Little Caesars now offering delivery, just in time for Super Bowl

With Super Bowl Sunday right around the corner, what better way to feed your football fanatic friends than with a Hot n Ready pizza at a very affordable price?
Little Caesars in Navarre has got you covered.
This veteran-owned franchise has been open for five months now, and they are loving this new journey.
Little Caesars launched a delivery initiative about three weeks ago, using a third-party delivery service. Customers can now simply visit the Little Caesars website or app and request delivery with their order. Little Caesars even offers the lowest delivery fee in the pizza industry.
“We’re really excited about the delivery,” owner Brian Wood said. “The delivery is going to be a significant addition to what we offer the customers. And it’s all about convenience and value. It’s a real exciting time to be part of that.”
Customer satisfaction is very important to Little Caesars in Navarre and that’s why they really go the extra mile for their customers. They want their customer’s experience to be world class.
“We’re really conscientious of people’s time,” Wood said. “If we realize that they’ve been here too long, we might offer them a complimentary drink because we realize they’ve been here longer that what our standard is.”
Little Caesars in Navarre will even take pizzas out to people sitting in their cars, especially for people with limited mobility.
And they offer free cookies to younger children.
“We want children and families to have a happy experience with us, so that they’ll want to return to Little Caesars for their favorite pizza,” Wood said.
Wood said the secret to the success is having convenience and efficiency in place for your customers.
“I think our customers appreciate that. They know they can get a fresh, hot meal for $5,” he said.
“Our goal is to get customers in and out in less than 30 seconds” as our company’s hot and ready promise reads.
Little Caesars has recently introduced a game changer in the pizza industry called the Pizza Portal, a self-service mobile pizza pickup station that allows customers to completely skip the counter. Customers order via a phone app or on the Little Caesars website. Then, either scan their phone or enter a 3-digit code at the portal to pick up their order.
Little Caesars in Navarre has big plans for supporting the local community in the future. They love supporting local clubs in the area through fundraising efforts.
“Being Navarre residents ourselves we want to be active in the community and participate in as many events as we can for 2020,” Wood said.
He also takes pride in employing local students from the high school, teaching them valuable lessons at their first job. Wood said his top priority is his customers, and he knows the regulars by name.
“We all know them by their first names and their favorite pizzas, and their repeat business tells us we’re doing something right,” he said.
For the first time in the franchise’s history, Little Caesars will be promoted in a Super Bowl commercial in the third quarter.
“Pizza and football go hand in hand,” Wood said. “I’m a big Kansas City Chiefs fan myself, and if they win, I plan to do something special at our restaurant.”
Keep an eye out for something complimentary if Kansas City takes the win at the Super Bowl.
