Hundreds of reptile lovers and reptile curious flooded the Navarre Conference Center on Saturday to get a look at the snakes, lizards, and spiders on display and for sale at the annual Reptiday show.
Reptiday, a scaled-down version of the popular Repticon show of reptiles, is a one-day event held in smaller venues across the country. Repticon is well-known for reptile and exotic animal conventions across the United States. They bring thousands of exotic pets from top breeders and educators to each show. In addition, they also have educators who give quick seminars and shows on popular reptiles.
The staple of the Navarre show is always Reno’s Reptiles of Pensacola. Tim and Starla Reno own the educational company and devote much of their time to their passion of educating young and old about reptiles.
